Coming from a family of hospitality professionals, Kaitlyn Stewart’s passion for the industry was sparked at an early age. Fast forward to 2017, and she’s our World Class Bartender of the Year, as well as Bar Director at The Royal Dinette in Vancouver, Canada. This root-to-stalk bar champions sustainability and resourcefulness, which Kaitlyn wants to see as inbuilt considerations, not passing trends.

Kaitlyn is passionate about using better ingredients to create better recipes. She takes inspiration from everywhere, including music, her customers, and her cats, which seems to be working, as her signature Tom Collins, the ‘Tom Cat Collins’, helped her clinch the championship round this year.
