  • Preparation
    1. Add all ingredients to a Champagne Flute.
    2. Stir gently to combine.
    3. Garnish with a Peach Slice.

The Bellini is sometimes referred to as the ‘Mimosa of Italy’. A popular variation of the drink is made with strawberry or raspberry purée instead of white peach juice.
