Golden Hour Highball

A delicious whisky highball blending the vibrant fruit and sweet vanilla notes of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve with bitter cynar, sweet, aromatic Belsazar Red Vermouth, nutty rice syrup and zesty lemon, served long over ice and finished with a spritz of effervescent soda.

Ingredients

35ml Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve

10ml Cynar

10ml Belsazar Rosso Vermouth

10ml Brown Rice Syrup (2:1)

15ml Lemon Juice

60ml Soda Water

1 Sesame seeds to garnish

1 Ice tray

1 Strainer

1 Coupe glass

method

  1. Add ice to a highball glass.

  2. Take all ingredients and add to highball glass.

  3. Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds.
