Harvest Pumpkin Toddy

30ml BULLEIT Bourbon
15ml Hazelnut liqueur
2 Tablespoons spiced pumpkin mix (recipe follows)
1 Lemon wedge
12ml Boiling water
120ml Un-salted butter, at room temperature (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
360ml Packed brown sugar (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
2 Tsp. ground nutmeg (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
0.75 Tsp. ground cloves (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
0.5 Tsp Kosher salt (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
0.5 Litre pumpkin puree (Spiced Pumpkin Mix)
Equipment
1 coffee mug
1 wooden spoon
1 mixing bowl
method
Method:
Squeeze lemon wedge into a coffee mug. Measure in bourbon and hazelnut liqueur. Carefully add the spiced pumpkin mix, add the boiling water and stir until well mixed.
Spiced Pumpkin Mix Method:
Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
