The fruit and honey of Cardhu carefully combined with rich rosso vermouth and bitters for the ideal palate cleansing aperitif.
- 1 oz. Cardhu
- 1 oz. Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange zest
- Add Cardhu, 1 oz. of Vermouth and a few dashes of Angostura Bitters to an old-fashioned glass
- Stir to mix
- Garnish and serve.
