Ciroc Spring Spice


A pop of heat from jalapeño balanced by basil, celery bitters, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Cîroc Red Berry adds yet another dimension producing a cocktail that is discerning and unique.


  • 1.5 oz. Cîroc Red Berry
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • .5 oz. Simple syrup
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • 1 Wheel sliced jalapeño
  • 3 Dashes celery bitters


  1. In a mixing tin muddle basil, jalapeño, and celery bitters
  2. Add simple syrup, lime juice and Cîroc Red Berry
  3. Pack with ice and give a long, hard shake
  4. Double strain into a old fashion glass with ice, and garnish with a basil leaf.

Alcohol content: 0.7 fl oz. per serve
