
A fruity twist on the classic mule recipe, the addition of Elderflower complements the Glenkinchie 12 wonderfully.
RECIPE
- 1.5 oz. Glenkinchie 12
- .5 oz. Elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Top with ginger beer
- Mint sprig
- Highball glass
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a highball glass
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish and serve.
