Haig Club Spritz

Haig Club is served with Sake and ginger in this spicy, delicious drink.


  • .5 oz. Haig Club
  • .5 oz. Umeshu Sake
  • 1 tsp Ginger syrup
  • (Blend 1 kg fresh ginger root with 3.25 oz. water, strain liquid through a chinois and mix with caster sugar, 2 parts sugar to 1 part ginger juice)
  • 3.25 oz. Soda
  • Ginger slice
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice


  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
  2. Stir briefly
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.2 fluid oz. per serve.
