Pineapple Flambe

This fiery flambͩ is fantastic! Myers's Platinum Rum chilled with butterscotch schnapps, pineapple juice and habanero lime syrup. Served with a chili spice rim, it's fire and spice and everything nice!


  • 35 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 10 ml Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 50 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Habanero Lime Syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker glass with ice
  2. Shake well and strain through a fine strainer into a chilled martini glass
  3. Garnish with an optional chili spice rim and/or a pineapple wedge.
