The Haig Club takes on the classic champagne cocktail, served in a tall flute.
- 25 ml Haig Club
- 1-2 Drops rosewater
- 1 Sugar cube
- 100 ml brut champagne
- Drop the sugar cube into a champagne flute
- Add the drops of rose water
- Pour in the Haig Club to cover the sugar cube
- Top up with the champagne
- Express a grapefruit zest over the top and discarded.
