Ketel One is mixed with Cassis and champagne in this delicious, sparkling cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Ketel One Vodka
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Crème de Cassis
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup
  • 1 oz. Champagne
  • Seasonal berries/fruit
  • Sling glass
  • Crushed Ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add the first four ingredients to a Sling glass filled with crushed ice
  2. Add champagne
  3. Mix through with a bar spoon, garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 0.6 fluid oz. per serve.
