As so many people are affected by disability, it is important that you are aware of what it means and of the different types of disabilities you may come across while working in the hospitality industry. This module will help you to take the correct actions when dealing with disabled customers to ensure that all of your customers experience a welcoming, friendly and efficient service at all times.
