COCKTAIL RECIPE

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

Tanqueray No. Ten 45 ml
Dry Vermouth 10 ml
A silver skin onion Garnish
BAR TOOLS

Mixing glass
Bar spoon
Cocktail glass
Cocktail strainer
Jigger

PREPARATION:
  1. Measure allingredients in jigger and pour into mixing glass with ice
  2. Stir with bar spoon
  3. Strain and serve ‘straight up’ into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with a silver skin onion

If shaken, double strain to ensure clarity of appearance and to prevent ice chips from affecting mouth feel.
