Another variation of the Manhattan.
|Bulleit Bourbon||30 ml|
|Sweet Vermouth||10 ml|
|Dry Vermouth||10 ml|
|Angostura Bitters||1-2 dashes|
- Pour ingredient into mixing glass with ice
- Stir with bar spoon
- Strain and serve ‘straight up’ into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Rye whiskey may be used as an alternative to Bourbon.
