Prepare for take-off with this retro classic! Tanqueray No. Ten Gin chilled with fresh lemon juice and a spoonful of sour cherry liqueur. Served straight up over a layer of creme de violette…paradise in a glass.

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 Bar spoons sour cherry liqueur
  • 0.25 Pinch simple syrup
  • 10 ml Creme de violette

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker glass with ice
  2. Shake well and strain in to a chilled martini glass
  3. Slowly poor in the violette.
