Tanqueray Gin is shaken with raspberry Syrup and Lemon to create a fluffy and fruity yet complex classic cocktail.
- 45ml Tanqueray London Dry
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml raspberry Syrup
- 30ml fresh egg white
- Fresh raspberry
- Martini glass
- No ice
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Shake to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard again, then fine strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish and serve
