Tanqueray Gin is shaken with raspberry Syrup and Lemon to create a fluffy and fruity yet complex classic cocktail.


  • 45ml Tanqueray London Dry
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml raspberry Syrup
  • 30ml fresh egg white
  • Fresh raspberry
  • Martini glass
  • No ice


  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
  • Shake to emulsify the egg white. 
  • Add ice and shake hard again, then fine strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish and serve
