An Aperitivo drink with the delicious depth of berries served perfectly with the bitterness of tonic.

RECIPE

  • 30ml Belsazar Rose
  • 120ml Tonic Water
  • Grapefruit Wedge
  • Rocks Glass
  • Cubed Ice

PREPARATION

  • Pour Belsazar Rosé into a tumbler filled with ice
  • Top off with tonic water
  • Stir and serve with a grapefruit wedge
