Enjoy the versatility of Baijiu in this lively, citrus-driven highball.

RECIPE

  • 35ml Shui Jing Fang Baijiu 
  • 60ml Pomelo or grapefruit juice
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Sugar syrup (adjust to taste)

PREPARATION

  1. Shake and strain into a highball with ice.
  2. Top with soda.

Alcohol content: 16.8g per serve.
