The Belsazar Rose Pink Martini is a great low alcohol take on the classic martini.

Recipe:

50ml Belsazar Rose

12.5ml Tanqueray LDG

Garnish:

Lemon twist

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass full with ice, stir to mix, chill and dilute, strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish and serve.
