A classic cocktail with a Cuban flair! Tanqueray London Dry Gin with crisp tonic water, fresh lime and muddled mint on the rocks...salud!
- 50 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 100ml Tonic water
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 1 Wedge lime
- Mint leaves
- Muddle mint sprigs at the bottom of a Collins glass and pull the essential oils up around the sides of the glass
- Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin and fresh lime juice
- Top with tonic, ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
