A fruity twist on the classic mule recipe, the addition of Elderflower complements the Glenkinchie 12 wonderfully.


  • 37.5ml Glenkinchie 12
  • 12.5ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Mint sprig
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice


  1. Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a highball glass
  2. Fill with ice and stir
  3. Top with ginger beer
  4. Garnish and serve.
