
RECIPE:
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
PREPARATION:
- In a cocktail shaker, pour Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
- Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
