The ritual for this classic cocktail is reversed, with the drinker stirring & diluting the cocktail to perfection.

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Haig Club
  • 10 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 2 Dashes of orange bitters

PREPARATION:

  1. Built on cubed (or hand-cracked) ice
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cherry
  3. Serve with a glass stirrer for the drinker to dilute.

Alcohol content: 12.5g per serve
