RECIPE
- 50ml Ketel One Vodka
- 20ml Passion Fruit puree
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- Splash soda
- Mint sprig and passion fruit slice
- Highball
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION:
- Add all ingredients except the soda into a highball three-quarters full of ice and churn well
- Cap with soda and more crushed ice
- Garnish and serve.
