RECIPE:

  • 50ml blended scotch whiskey
  • 3 slices fresh ginger
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml Honey syrup
  • 12.5ml smoked single malt whiskey scotch
  • Candied ginger
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION:

  • Muddle the ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker
  • Fill with ice, add the blended Scotch, lemon and honey syrup and shake to mix
  • Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, layer the smoked single malt whiskey scotch on the surface
  • Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 20g per serve.
