
RECIPE:
- 50ml blended scotch whiskey
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml Honey syrup
- 12.5ml smoked single malt whiskey scotch
- Candied ginger
- Rocks glass
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION:
- Muddle the ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice, add the blended Scotch, lemon and honey syrup and shake to mix
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, layer the smoked single malt whiskey scotch on the surface
- Garnish and serve.
Alcohol content: 20g per serve.
