- 40ml Talisker Skye
- 50ml Lillet Blanc
- 3 Sage Leaves
- Sage leaf
- Coupette
- No ice
PREPARATION
- Slap the sage and add to a mixing glass along with the other ingredients and ice
- Stir until chilled, strain and garnish.
