
A tangerine dream of a drink, this seasonal citrus cocktail reflects the delicate flavour and lightness of Haig Club Scotch Whisky.
RECIPE
- 50 ml Haig Club
- 15 ml Tangerine juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 10 ml Double cream
- 15 ml Soda water
PREPARATION:
- Put three or four ice cubes in a highball glass
- Add club soda
- Dry shake the rest of the ingredients
- Shake again with ice and strain
- Garnish with a dehydrated tangerine wheel.
