Tanqueray Tom Collins

Tanqueray Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda. A long, fresh cocktail with a unique sweet and sour twist.

RECIPE

  • 50ml of Tanqueray London Dry Gin 
  • 25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 15ml of simple syrup 
  • Top with soda water
  • Lemon wedge/Cherry
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a highball glass
  3. Top with soda, garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 17g per serve.
