A modern take on the classic martini, made with the world's best gin, Tanqueray No. TEN.

Recipe

  • 60ml Tanqueray No. TEN
  • 5ml dry vermouth
  • Grapefruit peel

Preparation:

  1. Pour 60ml Tanqueray No. TEN into a shaker with ice, and add 5ml of dry vermouth.
  2. Stir until perfectly mixed using a bar or tea spoon.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.

Alcohol content: 23.1g per serve
