Take a trip to the days of the silver screen! Don Julio Blanco Tequila chilled with maraschino liqueur, lemon and egg white. Shaken and served straight up over hibiscus syrup...vintage glam!


  • 35 ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila
  • 25 ml lemon
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 10 ml Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 Fresh egg white
  • 10 ml Hibiscus syrup


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker glass with ice
  2. Shake well and strain through a fine strainer into a chilled martini glass
  3. Sink the syrup
  4. Garnish with a hibiscus flower stuffed with an maraschino cherry.

Alcohol content: 12.5g per serve
