This Jinzu take on a G &T offers complexity that pairs perfectly with most pan Asian Cuisine.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Jinzu Gin
  • 150ml Tonic
  • Stick of lemongrass
  • Highball glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
  2. Stir briefly
  3. Garnish and serve.
