Roe & Co is shaken with vermouth and chartreuse in this creamy, herby cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 37.5ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
  • 37.5ml Dry Vermouth
  • 12.5ml Green Chartreuse
  • 12.5ml Hibiscus liqueur
  • 50ml ½ and 1/2
  • Rose PetaLight
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice
  3. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 24g per serve.
