The Jalisco Julep

A classic cocktail with a Mexican flair! Don Julio Anejo Tequila with sour, agave syrup, lime and fresh mint. Served shaken on the rocks with a salt rim and topped with soda... it's time for fiesta!


  • 50 ml Don Julio Anejo Tequila
  • 25 ml Sweet & sour mix
  • 25 ml Agave syrup
  • 10 ml Lime juice
  • 5 Fresh mint leaves
  • 70 ml Club soda


  1. In an ice filled shaker combine the first five ingredients
  2. Shake well
  3. Pour into a well chilled rocks glass with salt rim
  4. Top with soda water
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge, mint and/or sugarcane stick.

Alcohol content: 15g per serve
