
A classic cocktail with a Mexican flair! Don Julio Anejo Tequila with sour, agave syrup, lime and fresh mint. Served shaken on the rocks with a salt rim and topped with soda... it's time for fiesta!
RECIPE
- 50 ml Don Julio Anejo Tequila
- 25 ml Sweet & sour mix
- 25 ml Agave syrup
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 5 Fresh mint leaves
- 70 ml Club soda
PREPARATION:
- In an ice filled shaker combine the first five ingredients
- Shake well
- Pour into a well chilled rocks glass with salt rim
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with a lime wedge, mint and/or sugarcane stick.
