
Master Distiller Tom Nichol's personal fav! Tanqueray No. Ten Gin chilled with grapefruit, orange juice, fresh lemon and lime and chamomile simple syrup. Served straight up it's a sublime citrus sensation!
RECIPE
- 50 ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
- 10 ml Grapefruit juice
- 10 ml Orange juice
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Chamomile simple syrup
PREPARATION:
- In a shaker filled with ice, add all juices, syrup and Tanqueray No
- TEN Gin
- Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass
- Chamomile Syrup: ��__��� 1 pint strong chamomile tea ��__��� 1 pint demerara sugar ��__��� 3-4 Wide orange peels Brew the tea and sweeten with demerara sugar
- Zest with orange peels
- Chill.
