Johnnie Walker Black Label is shaken with apple and basil in this fruity, herby cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 37.5ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch
  • 12.5ml Apple Liqueur
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 4-5 Basil leaves
  • Basil leaf
  • Rocks glass
  • Cubed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Muddle the basil lightly in a cocktail shaker, add the ingredients and ice
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 14.3g per serve.
