fresh Mint and citrus combined with Ketel One Vodka for a cool and invigorating long drink.

Ingredients
1.75oz Ketel One Vodka
0.75oz Lime Juice
0.75oz Simple Syrup
12 Mint Leaves
2oz Soda Water
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Gently muddle the Mint with Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup and Ketel One Vodka in a Highball glass.
Fill a Highball glass with Crushed ice and churn.
Top up with Crushed ice and Soda Water.
Garnish with a Sprig of Mint.
