Ingredients

1.75oz Captain Morgan White Rum

7 Mint Leaves

0.75oz  Lime Juice

1.5oz Packets Zero Calorie Sweetener

2oz  Soda Water

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

2 Lime Wedges (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Gentle muddle all of the ingredients with the Mint in a Highball glass.

  2. Fill with crushed ice and churn.

  3. Top with more ice and Soda Water.

  4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
