Ingredients

1.75oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila

3.5oz Club Soda

8 Mint Leaves

1.5 Teaspoon Sugar

0.25oz  Lime Juice

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Clap Mint to release essential oils.

  2. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.

History of the Drink
