Created by Former World Class Winner, Tim Philips this dynamic cocktail brings a full experience to the serve.

Inspired by Bill Murray and the chances he has taken in his movies, this cocktail of chances requires bartenders to create corresponding flavour combos based on their guest's luck. With this recipe, there are 248 ways to have a old fashioned, with Johnnie Walker Blue Label blended scotch whisky.

This expert cocktail is not your ordinary serve. For a luxurious cocktail experience, this serve invites your guest to take to the decks and:

  • Step 1: Roll a dice,

  • Step 2: Spin a roulette wheel, and

  • Step 3: Pick a poker chip out of a hat

And play the house for the chance to chose their flavour pairings.

If your venue can provide the full selection of variations, your guest will have the choice of 248 unique possible flavour pairings. Each  combination can deliver Johnnie Walker Blue Label's luxuriously long, warming smoky finish in a different way.

  1. Prepare a selection of syrups, Tim recommends offering a selection of mandarin, raisin, clove, popcorn, cinnamon, honey, orgreat, sugar, hazelnut syrups.
