Batched Paloma
A big batch recipe for one of Mexico’s big favourite serves. This batched paloma with Don Julio Blanco is perfect for those busy shifts. Recipe makes 1L (5 x serves).

Ingredients
30ml Agave Nectar
50ml Lime juice
700ml Sparkling water
125ml Grapefruit juice
125ml Don Julio Blanco
3tsp Sea salt
method
Add the water, agave nectar, grapefruit juice and lime juice to a mixing bottle or bowl
Chill for 1 hour and stir in tequila and salt
Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedge
Add 200ml of Paloma pre-mix to a tall glass filled with ice
Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve
Alcohol content: 15.8 g per serve.
