Batched Paloma

A big batch recipe for one of Mexico’s big favourite serves. This batched paloma with Don Julio Blanco is perfect for those busy shifts. Recipe makes 1L (5 x serves).

Batched Paloma


  • 30ml

    Agave Nectar

  • 50ml

    Lime juice

  • 700ml

    Sparkling water

  • 125ml

    Grapefruit juice

  • 125ml

    Don Julio Blanco

  • 3tsp

    Sea salt

0 units of alcohol per serve



    1. Add the water, agave nectar, grapefruit juice and lime juice to a mixing bottle or bowl
    2. Chill for 1 hour and stir in tequila and salt
    3. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedge
    4. Add 200ml of Paloma pre-mix to a tall glass filled with ice
    5. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve

    Alcohol content: 15.8 g per serve.
