Bell Pepper Diablo
The delicate, vegetal oakiness of Don Julio Reposado is balanced beautifully by the natural sweetness of bell pepper cordial in this showstopping highball.

Ingredients
40ml Don Julio Reposado
20ml Bell Pepper Cordial*
15ml Lime Juice
65ml Ginger Beer
method
Build into a chilled Highball glass
*Pass through a Juicer Red bell peppers until you have 500ml of fresh Juice. Strain this through a cheesecloth until all sediments have been separated. Weigh this liquid and add equal amounts of sugar and mix until completely dissolved. Bottle and keep refrigerated
