Black Forest Vodka

The Classic, premium, ten-times filtered Smirnoff Vodka, is flash-infused with sour cherries and raw cacao for a fruity, chocolatey Black Forest twist.

  • 500ml

    Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka

  • 200g

    of Raw Cacao

  • 150g

    of Deseeded and Chopped Sour Cherries

0 units of alcohol per serve



  • Method
    1. Add 500ml of Smirnoff Vodka to an ISI cream whipper.
    2. Add 200g of raw cacao nibs and 150g of deseeded and chopped sour cherries.
    3. Close the ISI and carge it with nitrous oxide canister.
    4. Shake vigorously.
    5. Allow to rest for 10-20 minutes.
    6. Ensuring the canister is held upright, rapidly expel the gas from inside. It may help to cover the nozzle with a towel to avoid spillage.
    7. Open the canister and fine-strain through a cloth bottle.
