Brazilian Espresso Martini

A Latin American upgrade of the classic Espresso Martini, with Ketel One vodka, blackberry cordial and the rich, freshness of Brazilian espresso.

Ingredients

40ml Ketel One Vodka

40ml Mr. Black coffee liqueur

15ml Blackberries Cordial*

20ml Brazilian Espresso

1 Blackberry Pickle** to garnish

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Fine strainer

1 Regular ice

1 Chilled coupe glass

1 Bamboo stick for garnish

1 Measuring gigger

method

  1. Extract your espresso (20ml)

  2. Pour all the ingredients in your shaker

  3. Add regular ice

  4. Shake well for at least 10 seconds

  5. Fine strain in a chilled coupe glass

  6. Add garnish

*Blackberries cordial infusion method: 1 part of mature blackberries, 1 part of white sugar in sealed vacuumed bags for 24 hours in the fridge. Filtered and added 10% of malic acid.

**One pickled blackberry infused and preserved in a solution of 3 parts white balsamic vinegar, 2 parts of water and 1 part of white sugar.

Alcohol content: 20.54 g per serve.
