40ml Amaretto Liqueur
28ml Smirnoff Vodka
85ml Chilled pineapple juice
2 Maraschino cherries
0.25 Fresh pineapple slice

1 Hurricane glass
1 Stirrer
1 Ice scoop
1 Metal or sustainable pick
method
Half fill a hurricane or similar glass with ice cubes.
Add amaretto and Smirnoff vodka.
Pour over pineapple juice and stir.
Garnish with cocktail pick with two maraschino cherries and a cocktail slice.
