This is a delightful little sipper that’s based on the classic Adonis cocktail. This is perfect for pre-batching and popping in the fridge ready to be served whenever.

Ingredients
40ml Belsazar Red Vermouth
40ml Aecorn Dry
2ds Orange Bitters
1 Garnish - Orange Zest
Equipment
1 Ice Tray
1 Strainer
1 Coupe Glass
method
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass full of cubed ice.
Stir until well chilled [5-7 seconds], strain and pour into a chilled coupe.
Add an orange zest for garnish.
