60ml Tanqueray No. Ten
5ml Dry Vermouth
1ml Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Julep Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Mixing Glass
method
Stir all ingredients in an ice filled Mixing Glass.
Strain into a chilled Martini or Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a Grapefruit Peel.
