Formerly a professional hockey player, Adrian Michalčík currently works as Director of Mixology of Pier 42 bar in the Amerikalinjen Hotel in Oslo, Norway. Throughout his career in hospitality, Adrian has cemented his passion for carefully balancing flavours to create conceptual and sophisticated drinks experiences. His career highlights include securing a golden hat-trick as Best Bartender of Norway in 2022 and Top 6 placement during the World Class Bartender of the Year Global Finals in 2016 in Miami.
