A spectacular looking Bulleit classic, strong and hot and served from a flaming tin.

RECIPE

  • 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Hot Water
  • Bar spoon of water
  • Lemon twist
  • Brandy balloon
  • No Ice

PREPARATION: 

  1. Pour Bourbon into a metal tankard, and the hot water and sugar into another. 
  2. Light the bourbon and pour the bourbon in the hot water tankard. 
  3. ‘Throw’ between tankards 4 times, maintaining the blue flame. 
  4. Extinguish, pour into a brandy balloon, garnish and serve.
