Savour this old American classic with fresh mint and sugar, chilled perfectly with Bulleit Bourbon.

Recipe

  • 1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup

Preparation:

  1. In a highball glass, add mint leaves and sugar syrup
  2. Press the leaves with the disk of a bar spoon
  3. Fill glass with crushed ice
  4. Add Bulleit bourbon & churn well for 5 seconds
  5. Top glass up with more crushed ice
  6. Add a straw and garnish (next to the straw) with 3-4 mint sprigs.

Alcohol content: 0.5 fluid oz. per serve
