Enjoy the crisp Gordon's Gin combined with lemon and sugar and topped with delicious champagne.

Recipe

  • 1.5 oz. Gordon's Gin
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Sugar syrup
  • 1 oz. Champagne

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, add Gordon's Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
  2. Fill shaker with cubed ice and give a quick shake
  3. Double strain into a champagne flute
  4. Top up with champagne
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry in the bottom of the glass.

Alcohol content: 0.6 fluid oz. per serve
